- Ce médicament peut être pris en charge ou remboursé par l'Assurance Maladie dans les cas suivants :<br><br>- Traitement de dernier recours de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, chez un patient chez lequel un traitement au méthotrexate à la dose maximale tolérée pendant au moins trois mois n'a pas été assez efficace, et ayant une contre-indication ou une intolérance aux autres biothérapies.<br>- Traitement des syndromes périodiques associés à la cryopyrine chez les adultes, les adolescents, les enfants et les bébés à partir de huit mois et pesant au moins 10 kg.<br>- Traitement de la maladie de Still chez les sujets de plus de 8 mois, et d'au moins 10 kg, dans certaines conditions. ; JOURNAL OFFICIEL ; 29/05/15
