How the consultation works

LekInfo is a reference for medicines registered in France. If you still have questions about a medicine, a manager will advise you free of charge through the channel you prefer.

1. Find a medicine

Search by name, active ingredient or code. Information comes from BDPM, the official French medicines database.

2. Build a list

Add the medicines you have questions about to your consultation list and set the quantities.

3. Send a request

Choose how to reach you: email, Telegram, WhatsApp or phone. No account needed.

4. Get a manager’s reply

A manager will clarify the medicine details, check that they are current and explain the possible options. We usually reply within 2 hours during working hours.
