About LekInfo

LekInfo is a reference for medicines registered in France. It helps you find a French medicine, check its composition and form, and ask a manager a question free of charge. LekInfo is not a pharmacy: the site does not sell medicines or accept payment.

What LekInfo is

The reference is made for readers in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and other countries who need clear information about French medicines. The catalog lists names, active ingredients, forms, dispensing conditions and medicines with the same active ingredient. Separate pages link Russian trade names to their French counterparts.

Where the information comes from

Medicine information comes from BDPM (Base de données publique des médicaments), the official French medicines database published by the ANSM medicines safety agency. Forms and composition are translated; trade names and strengths are kept as in BDPM.

How the catalog is updated

The site checks for a new BDPM release twice a day. When ANSM publishes changes, the whole catalog is updated after the files pass automated checks; if they fail, the previous version stays. The publication date of the current version is shown on every medicine page.

How the consultation works

Add the medicines you have questions about to your consultation list and choose how to reach you: email, Telegram, WhatsApp or phone. No account needed. A manager will clarify the medicine details and explain the possible options, usually within 2 hours during working hours. The consultation is free and carries no obligation.

What the site does not do

The reference helps you understand a medicine’s details, but it does not replace a pharmacy or a doctor.

  • It does not sell medicines, accept payment or take orders.
  • It does not diagnose or prescribe. Agree any prescription or switch with your doctor.
  • It does not confirm stock. The BDPM status “commercialized” means the medicine is declared for the French market, not that a specific seller has it.
  • It makes no offers to sell. The estimated cost is a guide based on French data; a manager confirms the current details.

Editorial rules

Information on the site follows the same rules throughout.

  • Medicine facts — name, composition, form, dispensing conditions, generic groups — come only from official sources: the BDPM database and ANSM data.
  • Brand, selection and guide pages are written from BDPM data. Every French name on them has been checked against the published catalog by name and composition.
  • For each Russian name the page states what matches it in France: the same medicine or another medicine with the same active ingredient.
  • The texts do not advertise medicines or promise treatment results.
  • Medicines with substances controlled in Russia and the CIS (narcotic, psychotropic and potent substances, precursors) are not shown: they are absent from the catalog, search, brand pages and selections.

Found a mistake?

If a medicine page is out of date or a translation is wrong, add that medicine to your consultation list and describe the mistake in the request comment, or message a manager through the messenger links at the bottom of the site. The details will be checked against BDPM and corrected.

LekInfo is an information reference. It is not a pharmacy and does not sell medicines. This information does not replace a doctor’s advice.
